SOIL: calcareous, loamy

CLIMATE: Mediterranean-cool

MATURATION: 20th September to 10th Octobere

VINIFICATION: white, with soft pressing. Cold maceration for 24/36 hours with aromatic extraction from the skin. 70% Maximum yield

FERMENTATION: Charmat method of tank fermentation

STORAGE: advisable to consume this wine young. Store at temperatures below 15 degrees Celsius

SERVE: at a temperature of 6 to 8 degrees Celsius

General Characteristics
White sparkling wine obtained from Prosecco grapes and processed following the Charmat method. Its particular texture is achieved from cold maceration. ‘Ruralia Frizzante’ is a light and scented wine, not too rich in carbon dioxide, which can easily adapt to any occasion.
